License Details:
1. The complete, multi usage and pro license offers a non-exclusive commercial and worldwide license to incorporate in an end product.
2. The complete license covers single usage of a given format (a single product or project). For instance, the complete license covers single use (one time use) for a YouTube video. However, if you wish to use the same music in multiple videos or instagram posts or similar project, then a multi usage license is needed.
However, if you’re a video production firm or agency using a soundtrack for a client and you wish to use the same music for other clients’ projects, a subsequent license must be purchased for that other client's project.
3. Complete and multi usage License does not allow TV, Radio, Film and In-Theatre Broadcast. Instead, the Pro License must be purchased.
4. P.R.O. Music and public performance rights are not included with the Pro License
5. Complete License offers licensing on projects with unlimited views such as viral videos and or page impressions and VSL (video sales letter page)
6. Complete, Multi Usage and Pro Licenses allow for modification of the song to suit your project or end product.
7. The Complete license allows for a song to be used in a YouTube video and podcast medium without ever having to purchase another license. If you intend to use the same song in multiple videos, then the Multi Usage license is required.
8. You can’t re-distribute or re-package the licensed music.
9. You can’t sell the music on it’s own without being included in an end product.
10. You can’t claim ownership of the music over the music when included in the end product. You can however, claim ownership of your end product.
11. You can’t modify or sing along to the music for sale on a CD or streaming platform.
12. GrooveDen Music Library does not offer bed tracks for karaoke and singers.
13. The composer of the soundtrack retain ownership of the music but grants you the license for usage.
